At SeaPattern, we’re enabling the transition to renewable energy by unlocking the full potential of hydropower. Our modular, floating hydrokinetic turbines are placed in an optimized microgrid, increasing the energy output of existing hydropower plants without new infrastructure or environmental harm. The system is scalable, affordable, and non-invasive. Our technology also delivers sustainable power in remote areas and mission-critical energy solutions for disaster relief and defense.

Founded by scientists, engineers, and innovators, we’re now entering an exciting new phase—bringing our breakthrough technology to market. We are looking to expand our team with brilliant minds who want to develop our technology and join our mission, and are now looking for an intern! As an intern you will contribute across various areas, gaining valuable exposure to a growing startup.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Operations Support: Help with running operations, set up processes, define and track metrics, create reports, identify and set up systems and software
• Market insights: Conduct research and analysis on hydropower market, regulations, players and potential partners and track news and insights in the industry.
• Marketing, communications and social media: Create marketing and information material, work on web and career sites and create content for social media.
• Project Management: Manage or support projects such as grant applications, regulatory applications or procurement projects, ensuring smooth execution and meeting deadlines, and implement project management best practice throughout the company
• Contribute to sourcing critical hardware and operations.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
  
• Track record from working in high pace organisations, delivering great results
  
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  
• Experience from - or strong interest in the energy sector is highly valuable.
  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace; familiarity with design platforms like Canva is a plus.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is a bonus).
  
• Passionate about impact and transforming the hydropower industry.
  
• A creative thinker who enjoys tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Based in - or able to relocate and work from Linköping
